Hi, The apartments included are all 3 apartments in Getaldiceva street 3. In total you get lobby area + 3x One Bedroom Apartment which can accommodate 2 adults in a bedroom + extra person on sofa bed in each apartment. We look forward to your answer.

Hi, Yes we have a parking available on requested date and it will be free of charge. The only thing is that you will need to take a taxi or Uber to reach the town (cost around 6-7€) as parking is some 10min drive from the Old Town. Regards, Andrea

Location is great(once you find it!) would highly recommend it!

Location was perfect. It did take us some time to find our locations. We rented 3 rooms and didn’t realize we had an adjoining room.(we were not told that). It was also hard to locate one of our other rooms as the door was behind a restaurant table! However once we found them all was good! Host was very quick to respond!

Wonderful

Location was excellent, a quick walk to get anywhere in the old city. Even though it was very close to a lot of restaurants, double paned windows kept it quiet at night. Apartment larger than expected with high ceilings, a small living and kitchen area, large bathroom, and two spacious bedrooms with plenty of closet space. I think the listing said the space could fit up to three people, but you could probably have two people in either bedroom. We only stayed a couple of nights, but I could see this as a great place especially for a longer stay as you could make some meals at the apartment. I would definitely recommend this place for people who want to stay in the Old Town.

I was traveling to Dubrovnik from the United States and received a message to "let us know your expected arrival time 48 hours beforehand and send a picture of your passport" but the message only came through when I was transferring in Germany so had been sent about 24 hours ahead of time. Luckily, I had a European SIM card and was able to get the message and reply to it. However, by the time I landed in Dubrovnik, I had not yet heard back from the host. I was able to call and they picked up immediately, but it would have been helpful to be messaged further in advance. Only other issue is the wall of the tub was very high and there was no step stool to help shorter people get into the shower.

Beautiful apartment and again, a awesome location.

Great location in the old city. Really nice to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very clean!

Would suggest only bringing smaller suitcases as you need to lift down flights of stairs. We stayed on third floor so then had to lift up three flights of stairs.

Great property in old town!

The location of the property is great - very central in old town, not too far from the main road through town. The AC worked really well. Beds and bedding were comfortable. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

Апарт понравился по фото, но на Booking.com представлены фото только апартов однокомнатных, а двухкомнатные выглядит совершенно по-другому, интерьер….. и расположенны совершенно в другом месте старого города. Обычные серые апартаменты. Такие в старом городе стоят куда дешевле. Если бы я видел их до бронирования то точно бы ни взял.

Besides the noise, we were very happy with our location in proximity to everything.

Location was excellent, close to the Stradun and main Luza Square. Great restaurants right out your door. Convenience store was a 5 min walk. Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds comfortable. (Lightweight blanket). The kitchen had good supplies. Microwave, toaster, kettle, mini fridge/freezer, salt, pepper, olive oil, tea, coffee, dishes, dish soap etc were in the cabinet. Good shower with hot/cold water. Air conditioning was good. TV has several channels with a few in English. Checkout was early at 10am but we were allowed approx 30min more. They arranged for a restaurant to hold our bags for couple hours.

We had a 1st floor apt address at Prijeko 8. Restaurants were downstairs right outside the door. With that you can hear the noise in the evenings and again early mornings around 0530. Restaurant deliveries and loud rattling bottles. We didn't know we'd be assigned the 1st floor for our delux apartment. It didn't have a balcony or couch like the photo but not a big deal. I think 2 floors up is better for noise issues. There was one apt. per floor. If you're a light sleeper the noise might bother you. With staying in Old Town, depending on your location, noise is a risk but you're close to it all. Luckily, there weren't a lot of stairs outside to climb towards the apt building. No elevators. Hidden, the main green entrance door was within restaurant Wanda seating area. No reception area. -Room- would be nice if there was a safe and a luggage rack. -The host communicated everytime but there was always a wait. 1hr + FYI- One side of Old Town (towards the hill) had multiple combinations of steep stairs to climb, compare to the other side of the main St. Stradun. Despite above comments, it was a nice, decent stay.

location incredible. apartment big and lovely and clean and nicely decorated. the balcony was the best bit. was great to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. much preferred using a keycode than carrying a key or card round all the time.

loved the location of the apartment. i just think you should include a photo of the front door of the building on your site, as initially its not that easy to find. the only 1 problem with the apartment was the duvets on thr beds were really thin and we were cold on a night, there was a only 1 small extra blanket

Very good

Bright bedroom, nice size, comfy bed, fridge, and the treats left for us were very thoughtful. Fairly quiet location. Convenient door locks. Bedside tables with outlets. Plentiful hot water.

After climbing tons of steps to get to the place, there were many more to climb to reach our room. I was aware there would be some, but it was harder than I thought it would be. The lighting in our bathroom was terrible, but the other unit was better. There is no place to put shampoo and soap except on the floor in the shower.

Amazing location, clean and magical!

The apartment was in the center of Dubrovnik and extremely clean and beautiful. We had a balcony of the roof tops. Andrea, the host was so kind and helpful. We loved our stay here!
